When I started the process of buying a home, I came into it worried that it would be overwhelming and that I wouldn't understand a single thing, considering I was doing this process on my own. Andrew made every single step in this process easy to digest and explained everything perfectly. I never once got overwhelmed (not to say I didn't get frustrated, though! ha! That house market was wild and people's offers were intense!). Andrew was able to pick up on how I was feeling and then adjust from there. Something also of note was how considerate Andrew was of me being a gay man. When we'd tour homes, he'd change his language on things like "his and her closets" to "his and his closets" - which made me feel extremely respected and cared for; little changes like that in language make a big difference! But anyways, back to the home buying, ha! I would absolutely recommend Andrew to literally everyone because of the way he shows care for his clients, responds quickly, educates clearly, and makes the process enjoyable. You simply cannot go wrong with Andrew as your realtor!
